Buffalo Turkey Burger
1 ¼ lbs. ground turkey (99% fat-free)
¾ cup dried whole wheat bread crumbs
3 Tablespoon plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup egg substitute
4 Tablespoons hot sauce (Frank's Buffalo Sauce)
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Spray hot skillet with non-fat cooking sprayt, add patties and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Turn the heat down to very low; pour hot sauce into pan, turning the patties a couple of times to coat well. Serve on toasted whole wheat buns with fat-free blue cheese dressing.
