Salmon Pasta Salad 1 16 oz box whole wheat pasta, cooked and drained 1 green pepper, diced 1 red pepper, diced 1 yellow pepper, diced 1 orange pepper, diced 1 cup carrots, sliced 1 ½ cups broccoli flowerets ½ cup onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 - 4 oz. Salmon Filets (see Salmon directions below) Add a dressing of your choice. Fat-Free Ranch goes very well with this. Salmon Directions:
