Eric’s Tomato Salad

 

2 Fresh Vine Ripe Tomatoes, diced

1 Clove garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons onion, minced

1 teaspoon fresh basil, minced

1 teaspoon fresh, chives, minced

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/8 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons Olive Oil

 
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.  Overnight is best for the most flavor.

The amount of each ingredient is based on personal taste.  Just keep tasting until it’s what you like – be careful, it’s so good you might eat it all up!
