Fruit Smoothie

2 cups crushed ice

1 1/2 cups fresh fruit (any combination - be creative, sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries - anything!

1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

1 teaspoon powdered milk


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend together until smooth.

**Nutrition information is based on 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 a banana.
