Kelly’s Yummy Rib Rub

Mix equal amounts (2 Tablespoons each) of :

Ground Cumin

Brown Sugar

Dried Oregano

Ground Black Pepper

Chili Powder

Garlic Powder

 With

1 Tablespoon of:

  Kosher Salt
 

Store in a spice shaker with big holes.

Try this on Swordfish, Pork Chops, Steaks, Chicken Breasts.  Just rinse the meat, pat dry, rub with a very small amount of olive oil, sprinkle a liberal amount of Rib Rub on and then sauté, broil, or bake.
