Teriyaki Marinade
3 teaspoons ground ginger 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 Tablespoon onion, minced 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon brown sugar 2 Tablespoons vinegar ¼ cup white wine (if you don’t want to use wine, double the vinegar) 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce ½ cup water Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken (or steak, pork, or seafood. Marinate 3 – 8 hours. After removing chicken, heat remaining marinade to boiling and thicken with a little cornstarch for an excellent teriyaki sauce. Nutrition Info Per Tablespoon:
