Normand Family Cookies
1 cup sugar 1 cup Splenda ½ cup Smart Balance Light 6 Tablespoons Carob powder ½ cup skim milk ½ cup All Natural Peanut Butter 3 cups (dry) oatmeal Combine sugar, Splenda, Smart Balance, Carob, and milk in a large saucepan; blend well, Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes; stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat, add peanut butter and oatmeal; mix well. Drop from Tablespoon onto waxed paper. Allow to cool. Nutrition Information based on recipe making 35 cookies:
