Coffee Coolatta Clone

12 ounces hot water

4 teaspoons instant coffee

2 cups crushed ice

1 ½ cups fat-free, sugar-free flavored coffee creamer

¼ cup Blue Bunny fat-free, sugar-free ice cream

Mix instant coffee into hot water until dissolved. Add ice to blender container; pour creamer over ice. Add coffee and ice cream. Blend until frothy.

**NOTE:** Experiment with different flavors of creamer and ice cream. French Vanilla creamer with chocolate ice cream makes a Mochachino Delight!!

Makes 4 - 12 oz. servings.
