Chinese Chop Suey

 

1 lb. very lean, thin, boneless pork chops, cut into small strips

˝ Tablespoon Canola oil

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup celery, chopped

˝ cup onion, chopped

2 cups fresh bean sprouts

1 bag frozen mixed Chinese vegetables, thawed

 2 bags Success brown rice, cooked and drained

Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Add pork; sprinkle pork with ginger and garlic. Saute until pork is almost cooked through. Add celery and onion, sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Add bean sprouts and cook for another minute. Add mixed Chinese vegetables and Teriyaki Marinade; cook for 2 – 3 minutes – just until vegetables are hot (you want them crisp). Serve over brown rice.
