pasta, cooked and drained Brown ground beef in a large sauté pan over medium/high heat for 3 – 4 minutes; add next 5 ingredients and continue sautéing for another 2 – 3 minutes, add mushrooms; sauté for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients (except pasta); cook over low heat for 5 – 10 minutes (you can let this simmer for hours for a stronger flavor if you prefer).
